What is the difference between group tours and individual tours?
- Individual (private) excursion - for one company or family.
- Group tour - for organized school or corporate groups.
The program and itinerary of both individual and group tours is compiled based on the interests and desires of the group. Tour guide/guide and transportation is provided only for your group.
Do you organize guided tours for groups? Is it possible to join the group?
We do not conduct guided tours for groups. We do guided tours for organized groups that cannot be joined.

Do you provide reports?
Yes, we provide a contract for the provision of services and a certificate of completion for both organizations and individuals.
In Moscow, the original documents will be delivered by our free courier to your office or home. Delivery to other cities is carried out using Russian Post.
Do you notify the traffic police for the bus transportation of a children's group?
Yes, on excursions for children, the notification of the traffic police about transportation by bus is a prerequisite for the trip.
In order for us to prepare the necessary documents, you must provide a list of passengers that contains the following information: full name of adults with phone number and children with age.
What transport will be provided for the excursions?
The type of vehicle depends on the number of people in the group:
1 to 2: Cars (Toyota Camry, Mercedes Е,S class, etc.)
3 to 6: Minivans (Mercedes Vito, Viano, Volkswagen Caravelle и др.)
From 7 to 19: Minibuses (Mercedes Sprinter)
From 20 to 59: Buses (Yutong, Scania, Neoplan, Mercedes и др.)
Who will be our tour guide?
You will go on an excursion with one of the accredited guides of the Captour company, each of whom is in love with his profession and approaches each excursion as responsibly as possible.
